Fancy an ice pancake? These are normally seen in the Arctic, but now they're in the UK

The phenomenon known as ice pancakes spotted on Ullapool River in the Highlands by amateur photographer Andy Williams.
These unusual 'ice pancakes' are normally only found in the Arctic and Antarctic. Last weekend they were spotted in Britain, as temperatures were set to plunge to a chilly -10C tonight, with 8cm of snow on the way.
He snapped the images of ice which had frozen in a flat, round shape on the Ullapool River in the Highlands at the weekend.
